You can download the registration form for the 2010/11 season by clicking here.
To register, download the form and print it out. Fill in the form and mail it along with your cheque to the address
on the form. Be sure to sign the waiver as we cannot put players on the ice without a signed waiver.
An alternative to mailing the registration form is to bring it to the Family Skate on September 8th at George Bell
between 7pm and 9pm.
